General Accounting: Nord Enterprises offers CFO and CPA caliber professionals with experience at large, SEC regulated companies. Functional expertise includes reporting, general accounting, and budgeting across a broad range of industries including retail, manufacturing, health care, and government. Technical expertise includes both the largest ERP systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) and the smallest stand-alone applications (e.g. Quickbooks).

Purchasing & Payables: Full payables and disbursements transactional processing is available on a variety of platforms using a variety of software. Purchasing management and expense control monitoring can be provided on either an outsourcing or exception reporting basis.

Billing/AR/Collections: Full receivables and cash applications transactional processing is available on a variety of platforms using a variety of software. Credit management and delinquency control monitoring can be provided on either an outsourcing or exception reporting basis.

Treasury Management: Nord Enterprises' consultants have extensive experience in operational treasury management including cash concentration, disbursement, balance reporting, and credit. For legal reasons, we don't accept full outsourcing assignments in this functional area, but process review and monitoring services are available.
